Vendor Rules & Application Form

To be considered for participation in any market, each vendor must submit an application form, which is available below. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. All participants must comply with the rules, procedures, and operating guidelines. All applications must be approved by the Board and/or Market Committee before participation at the Markets. Admission of any participant and product is at the reasonable discretion of the Board and/or Market Committee.

Ex: If you make tacos and decide you'd like to start making pancakes and selling succulent plants, request approval to offer both items via email: info@diglocal.org. If you make tacos and want to bring a green salsa in addition to your regular mild salsa (so long as another vendor isn't offering the same exact item), no additional approval is needed. For items carried by multiple vendors, please always request additional approval. This allows us to monitor market saturation and demand.

After you've been approved, if you'd like to bring new items that differ from those you already offer, please request additional approval via email: info@diglocal.org. Ex: if you are approved to sell wire-wrapped necklaces and would like to sell braided jewelry or succulent plants, you'll need approval for both items. If you sell wire-wrapped necklaces and want to offer wire-wrapped bracelets, no additional approval is required. For items carried by multiple vendors, please always request additional approval. I hereby hold Dig Local, Inc., including its employees, agents, Board, officers and directors, and the Cities of Neptune Beach, Florida and Atlantic Beach, Florida harmless from, and indemnify them against any and all claims and actions whatsoever, including but not limited to any claim for injury, damage, or loss to persons or property (including myself and my agents) or other liabilities or expenses, including court costs and attorney’s fees, related to or arising out of my participation at any Market, including but not limited to my agent’s actions, omissions, and operations in connection with any Market. If a vendor challenges DLN in a court of law and the court finds in favor of DLN, said producer agrees to pay all costs associated with the legal action.
